Your Health Has a Backstory.
Family patterns, life experiences, stress, medical guidance and the realities of your day all shape what change looks like.
Coaching helps you connect the dots and figure out what works from here.

Heading 1
Eat better.
Move more.
Sleep more.
Stress less.
Okay… but how?
Advice Is the Easy Part.
Most people are not struggling because nobody ever told them to eat better, move more, sleep more or stress less. The harder part is figuring out how any of that fits into a body, family, schedule and life that already has a lot going on.
That is where coaching comes in. We slow down, look at what is actually shaping the problem and find a next step you can realistically live with.
Sometimes that means building a habit. Sometimes it means questioning a pattern you have carried for years. Sometimes it means translating a medical recommendation into something that still works on a random Tuesday when you are tired and everyone needs something from you.
What We Look at Together
The visible habit is usually only one piece of the story.
PATTERNS
Family beliefs, learned behaviors and coping strategies shaping how you approach health, stress, rest and care.
CAPACITY
What your energy, nervous system, responsibilities, resources and current season of life can realistically hold.
INFORMATION
The medical guidance and wellness advice you have collected, including what feels useful, confusing or difficult to apply.
DIRECTION
What matters to you now, what you want to do differently and what a realistic next step could actually look like.

Coaching Is Not More Advice
I can share information and ideas when they are useful. Coaching itself starts somewhere else.
You probably already have enough advice. I know I do.
Coaching gives you space to sort through what you know, notice what keeps getting in the way and understand why certain changes have been difficult to maintain.
I am not here to hand you another perfect routine or monitor whether you have been “good.” My role is to ask better questions, help you recognize connections and support you in building changes that make sense for your body and your actual life.
The work is collaborative.
You remain the expert on being you.
Notice. Understand. Choose.
Change feels different when it begins with curiosity instead of judgment.
01
NOTICE THE PATTERN
We look at what keeps happening without immediately treating it like a failure of discipline.
02
UNDERSTAND WHAT SHAPED IT
We explore the experiences, beliefs, pressures and protective behaviors underneath it. A pattern can make sense and still no longer work for you.
03
CHOOSE WHAT COMES NEXT
We turn what you uncover into realistic actions, experiments and support that fit the life you are living now.
Good Coaching Knows Its Lane.
Knowing what coaching can and cannot do is part of feeling safe, informed and supported.
WHAT HEALTH COACHING IS
-
Personalized space to reflect, make decisions and take action
-
Evidence-informed behavior-change support
-
Practical help applying health information in real life
-
Curiosity about the whole person, not just one habit
-
A complement to medical care and mental health treatment
WHAT HEALTH COACHING IS NOT
-
Medical diagnosis or treatment
-
Therapy or crisis care
-
A rigid meal plan or exercise prescription
-
Someone monitoring whether you have been “good”
-
A replacement for your physician or licensed mental health provider
Experience Matters. So Does Being Human.
I’ve spent more than 20 years in health and wellness, working across healthcare, corporate wellness, population health and individual coaching. I understand behavior science, health literacy and how to translate complicated recommendations into real life.
I also know what it is like to have the knowledge and still struggle when your own body and life refuse to follow a tidy plan. You will get informed support without being treated like a project.
