Meaningful health change isn’t built in 15 minutes. It’s built through consistent support, understanding, and follow-through. Follow-up sessions provide ongoing guidance to help you apply medical recommendations in daily life, adjust routines over time, and stay grounded in habits that support long-term cardiometabolic health. Each session focuses on real-world problem-solving — what worked, what became overwhelming, what changed in your schedule, stress, energy, or life demands — and how to adapt your plan with compassion and flexibility. Support may include habit tracking, health literacy coaching, stress and nervous-system regulation skills, accountability, and lifestyle pacing that aligns with your capacity. These sessions are a strong fit if you are preventing or managing insulin resistance, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, supporting healthy aging and independence, using or considering GLP-1 medications, or caring for a loved one and needing guidance between clinic visits. Coaching complements your medical care by helping you integrate recommendations — sustainably, safely, and at a pace you can live with.
