About Energeo
Energeō was founded by Savannah Maher in 2010, long before wellness coaching became another crowded corner of the internet.
After years of working in health and wellness, Savannah kept seeing the same thing... people were given recommendations, information and good intentions, then sent back into lives that were far more complicated than the plan accounted for.
The name Energeō comes from the Greek ἐνεργέω, meaning “to be active,” “to bring into effect” or “to put into practice.” It reflects what the work has always been about. Not collecting more advice, but understanding what shaped us and finding ways to put healthier choices into practice.
Over time, that perspective grew beyond individual habits. Our health is also influenced by family patterns, culture, relationships, stress, access, lived experience and the environments around us.
That is why Energeō became a collective. It brings together coaching, education, community and complementary resources for the many parts of being human that rarely fit inside one appointment or one person’s scope.

The People Behind Energeō
A collective is built from people with different skills, perspectives and roles.
Some of the people featured here contribute directly to Energeō’s coaching, education, creative work and client experience. Others are independent professionals whose work may complement the support we provide.
Each person’s role and relationship with Energeō is clearly identified below so you know who you are working with and where their services are offered.

Founder, Board-Certified Health Coach, Speaker & Coach Mentor
Savannah Maher
Savannah Maher is the founder of Energeō Healing Collective and a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with more than 20 years of experience across individual coaching, healthcare, corporate wellness and population health.
Her work explores the backstory behind health. The family patterns, learned behaviors, lived experiences, nervous-system responses and medical information that influence how people care for themselves.
Savannah’s approach brings together behavior science, health literacy and whole-person coaching with room for curiosity, spirituality and ancestral wisdom. She helps people understand why certain patterns made sense, recognize what may no longer serve them and choose realistic next steps without treating shame like a health strategy.
Having navigated her own complicated health history, Savannah understands what it is like to hold professional knowledge while also being the person trying to make sense of symptoms, conflicting guidance and a body that refuses to follow a tidy plan.
Her role is not to diagnose, prescribe or hand people another perfect routine. It is to ask better questions, help connect the dots and support people in building changes that make sense for their bodies, values and actual lives.
In addition to her coaching work, Savannah has supported healthcare organizations and corporate wellness programs, mentored coaches and spoken for organizations including FUJIFILM Sonosite, Amazon, Microsoft and the University of Washington’s Startup Hall.

Customer eXperience
Clinton Habben
Clint helps keep the practical side of Energeō organized and approachable. He supports client communication, scheduling, intake coordination and general questions so people know what to expect and where to go next.
His calm, solutions-focused approach helps create a welcoming experience from the first message through ongoing support.

Independent Animal Connection & Energy Practitioner
Samantha Hayden
Samantha Hayden offers intuitive support for people seeking a deeper understanding of their animals and the connections they share.
Her independent services include animal communication, gentle energy work for animals and cord-cutting sessions for people who feel ready to release an attachment, relationship or energetic pattern they no longer want to carry.
Sam approaches this work with curiosity, compassion and respect for the meaning people find in their relationships with animals and with one another. Her sessions offer space for reflection and connection without presenting intuitive impressions as medical facts or guaranteed outcomes.
Sam’s services are complementary and do not replace veterinary care, medical treatment or mental health support. She operates independently from Energeō, so appointments, payments and service-related questions are handled directly through her own practice.
